Estonia accuses Milrem Robotics facility of sabotage: Russian special services pointed out

Minister of Foreign Affairs Tsahkna, in his post on the social media platform of the US-based company Tsahkna stated that, in the findings, they came to the definitive conclusion that the arson in question was a sabotage carried out by the order of Russian special services.

Stating that the attack was absolutely unacceptable, Tsahkna stated that the Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs would summon Russia's Tallinn chargé d'affaires today. Emphasizing that the perpetrators of the attack were caught and that they no longer pose a threat to Estonia's national security, Tsahkna noted that it is difficult for Russia to carry out such actions because Estonia acts decisively and quickly to protect its state.

'IT SHOWS THAT PRESSURE WORKS'

Tsahkna stated that Estonia would increase its support to Ukraine and pressure on Russia against sabotage, and that Russia's actions were effective in the joint pressure applied.

In the written statement made by the Estonian Internal Security Service, it was pointed out that the method of arson of the facility belonging to the Estonia-based defense industry company Milrem Robotics coincides with other acts of sabotage carried out in Europe on behalf of Russia and that the attack can be directly attributed to Russia.

In the statement, it was noted that Russian special services have specifically targeted defense industry companies, organizations dealing with unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) technology and institutions supporting Ukraine since the start of the war in Ukraine.
