As noted by the Deputy Head of the Russian Ministry of Education and Science, Dmitry Afanasyev, whose words are quoted in the message, an engineer begins at a university - in an educational environment where theory from the first year is connected with real economic problems.

“Today it is not enough to train a graduate “for some industry,” it is necessary to train an engineer for specific technological challenges and projects in close partnership with business,” Afanasiev emphasized.
