“GBIC平台”由中国银行在业内首创，旨在搭建涵盖政府(Government)政策引导力、产业(Business)场景支撑力、投资(Investment)资本推动力与消费(Consumption)市场牵引力四位一体的开放平台，以此推动政策互动、资源互享、信息互联；自启动以来，已在全国10余个重点城市举办相关活动。

对接会上，主办方发布了全球闽商服务政策，以及闽商全球发展“企业家办公室”服务方案，成立全球闽商“走出去朋友圈”服务联盟。联盟代表与境内外闽商商会、闽商代表签订合作意向，并举行闽企出海(印尼)服务站揭牌仪式，为闽商拓展东南亚市场搭建常态化服务平台。
