O corpo foi encontrado neste sábado (26), no Cemitério Parque. Ao g1, o tenente do Grupamento de Intervenção Rápida Ostensiva da Polícia Militar (Giro) Murilo Soares Mesquita disse que um coveiro encontrou o corpo.
De acordo com a Polícia Científica, o jovem morreu em decorrência de um esgorjamento, quando uma ferida profunda é causada por instrumento cortante na face anterior ou lateral do pescoço.
Segundo a Polícia Militar, o suspeito foi preso nesta segunda-feira (29), dentro de casa, no Balneário Meia Ponte. Ele teria dito à polícia que foi atacado por um usuário de drogas.
"Ele confessou, mas a versão dele não foi muito coerente. Disse que ele teria sido atacado por um drogado, que teria atacado ele e ele teria tomado a faca e avançou contra ele, contra o rapaz, contra a vítima", relatou o tenente.

De acordo com o documento de audiência de custódia do suspeito, disponível no site do Tribunal de Justiça do Estado de Goiás (TJ-GO), imagens de câmeras de segurança flagraram o carro dele e teriam ajudado nas buscas.
O suspeito teve a prisão convertida em preventiva nesta terça-feira (29), e permanece preso. A Polícia Civil realizou os procedimentos iniciais e apreendeu um celular e uma faca. A perícia foi realizada e o corpo encaminhado ao Instituto Médico Legal (IML).
