Honor shared new images revealing the camera performance of the highly anticipated Honor Magic 9 series, ahead of its launch in China on September 28. The company presented impressive photo samples taken at 80mm focal length with the 200MP telephoto lens of the device to technology enthusiasts. The series, which draws attention with its cinematic video filters and advanced optical equipment developed in collaboration with ARRI, aims to raise the bar in mobile photography. Honor Magic 9 models are preparing to create an important competitive element in the smartphone market with their technical features and camera capabilities.

Honor attaches great importance to camera hardware in its new flagship Magic 9 series. The published sample photos clearly show the success of the 200MP 1/1.56 inch periscope telephoto lens in capturing detail. This lens can focus objects at far distances very clearly with 3.5x optical zoom support. Especially the 80mm focal length creates a professional depth perception in portrait shots.

Unlike the 50MP resolution main camera found in previous generation Magic devices, the use of a 1/1.4 inch 200MP main sensor in the new series is the basis for the increase in image quality.
