Hung shot his 16-year-old girlfriend in the chest for refusing to have sex, fled for 10 years before being caught

Hanoi Asked a 16-year-old girl to have sex with his friend but was refused. Hung pulled out a gun and shot the girl in the chest, damaging 89% of her health, and then ran away for 10 years.

Dang Van Hung, 41 years old, from Hai Phong, has just been prosecuted by the Hanoi People's Procuracy for Murder in connection with a case that occurred in 2015.

According to the indictment, around 5:00 p.m. on April 8, 2015, Hung and a number of people organized a meal at a fishing lake in Soc Son commune, Hanoi. Among these were Ms. Phuong and Mr. Minh, both friends of Hung, who were only 16 years old at that time.

At midnight, after drinking, when everyone sat down to drink, Hung asked Ms. Phuong to go out with Mr. Minh and teach him how to do a "two-person game". Ms. Phuong understood Hung's suggestion to have sex with Mr. Minh, so she did not agree.

Annoyed, Hung took out a homemade gun from under the mattress near his sitting position, loaded it, and threatened Ms. Phuong to leave. This woman continued to refuse.

Hung shot Ms. Phuong in the right chest, causing the victim to collapse, the indictment stated.

At the hospital, Hung heard the medical staff say he would report the incident to the police, so he went back to the fishing lake, cleaned up the blood, threw the gun into the lake, then walked to Highway 18, took a bus to Mong Cai, Quang Ninh province and fled.

Hung was wanted for more than 10 years and was arrested by Hai Phong Police on January 2. At the investigation agency, the suspect admitted his actions and said he found the gun.

The victim was discharged from the hospital after 5 weeks, with 89% of his health damaged.
