Following the inspection by the police together with the staff of the ASL Roma 1, in the Nannarella restaurant, specifically, "infesting animals" were found in the kitchen, such as cockroaches and other insects, and the use of "irregular workers" was found, as reported by the Corriere. The owner of the restaurant, reported at large, was accused of "serious deficiencies in terms of safety in the workplace, including the lack of an emergency and evacuation plan and irregularities relating to the electrical system". Irregularities were also recorded inside the Cencio la Parolaccia restaurant. The investigations conducted by the police made it possible to highlight "violations relating to the electrical system and safety in the workplace, for which the replacement of the system and its safety measures were prescribed", the newspaper reports. Also in this case, the owner of the restaurant was reported, with a fine of 4 thousand euros. No suspension of activity.
