32 suspects were detained in the operation against the 'Smurfs' criminal organization in Kayseri

In Kayseri, 32 suspects who were detained in the operation against the new generation criminal organization known as 'Smurfs' were sent to the courthouse.

According to the information obtained, within the scope of the investigation carried out by the Kayseri Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, work was carried out by the Provincial Police Department Anti-Smuggling and Organized Crime Branch Directorate Organized Crime Bureau teams to decipher the activities of organized crime organizations throughout the city against the new generation criminal organization known as 'Smurfs'.

In the investigation carried out, H.Ö.O. Considered to have been established under the leadership of H.Ö.O. 89 actions of the criminal organization related to the crimes of 'deliberate attempt to kill', 'deliberate wounding', 'threat', 'plunder', 'threat for the purpose of plunder', 'threat for the collection of legal receivables', 'incitement to plunder', 'praising the crime and the criminal', 'deprivation of liberty', 'damage to property' and 'assuming responsibility for the crime' A simultaneous operation was organized to capture 34 target suspects, 2 of whom were detained within the scope of the investigation, in which it was determined that there were 80 external suspects and 68 victims involved in these incidents.

A simultaneous operation was carried out with 98 teams, 10 special operations elements, 1 TOMA and 1 riot police team at a total of 40 addresses, including 35 residences and 5 workplaces, against 32 suspicious persons in 5 provinces, namely Istanbul, Antalya, Konya and Kırıkkale, centered in Kayseri.
