先前日本 Nissan 經銷商內部消息指出，一款全新緊湊型 MPV 已在開發中，對手鎖定 Toyota Sienta 與 Honda Freed。預計 2028 財年問世，推測車長將落在 4,300mm 以下，並搭載有側滑門設計，以便利乘客上下車。

預期全新小型 MPV 會以新世代 Kicks 為基礎衍生而來，透過成熟的空間布局搭配新世代設計語彙，同時跟進搭載第三代 e-Power 油電混合動力系統，結合新開發的 1.4 升自然進氣汽油引擎，燃油經濟性較先前提高 15％，具備平均油耗 25.7 km/L 的節能表現，在滿油情況之下可提供 1,200 公里的續航力，且將提供 e-4ORCE 四驅車型選擇。
