Romeu Zema tries to take advantage of the crisis in the STF to attract Bolsonaro voters

Presidential candidate Romeu Zema (Novo) will try to navigate the open crisis in the STF (Supreme Federal Court) to reinforce the speech against the court's ministers and regain the attention of voters.

The results of the latest voting intention polls discouraged the party, which cannot see an alternative for the candidate to grow as long as Flávio Bolsonaro (PL) is stronger in the dispute. Datafolha research released this Thursday (3) shows the Novo candidate with 2% of voting intentions.

The assessment is that Zema's voters are the same as those of former president Jair Bolsonaro's son. Therefore, he understands that the speech against the STF ministers can help to captivate and bring back the Bolsonarista vote.

Since the messages between former banker Daniel Vorcaro and minister Alexandre de Moraes came to light on Tuesday (1st), the candidate has already made 25 posts on Instagram on the subject, the majority calling for Moraes' impeachment and arrest.

The speech that will be reinforced by Zema is that he was one of the first to warn about the "ministers' binge". In one of the videos, he says that he was the first governor in history to file an impeachment of a Supreme Court minister.

This Friday (4), Zema reposted the speech of the president of the STF, minister Edson Fachin, defending the end of the fake news investigation reported by Alexandre de Moraes, but again demanded the minister's arrest.

"Our pressure and a president WITHOUT AN ASS CHARGED are essential for this dictator's project to be impeached and imprisoned," he said.

The candidate's stance is also used as a way of indirectly attacking his main opponent, Flávio Bolsonaro, who has reinforced his speech in defense of Moraes' impeachment.

Zema has said that, now, the candidates are taking a position, but that he did this before the relations between Moraes and Vorcaro came to light.
