The Russians are talking to the Americans about nuclear cooperation

Last week, Kirill Dmitriev, an adviser to Russian President Vladimir Putin, told RIA Novosti that Russia and the US are conducting an active dialogue on energy projects and the creation of data centers for artificial intelligence.

The latest cooperation between Washington and the Kremlin

The most concrete example of the recent détente in US-Russian energy relations are the arrangements for the supply of Russian diesel oil to the US. On October 9, US President Donald Trump announced that he had reached an agreement with Vladimir Putin to import a total of 4.8 million tons of Russian diesel fuel to the United States and world markets over the next few months.

US Secretary of Energy Chris Wright recently confirmed that a tanker carrying Russian oil had sailed from a port in Russia to the United States. He also did not rule out further deliveries of Russian diesel.

According to the Financial Times, three tankers with Russian diesel are scheduled to arrive in the US in the first half of November - a total of approximately 140,000. tons of fuel. One of them is subject to European sanctions.
