WHO IS ARRESTED DURING THE INVESTIGATION?

In the investigation that gained momentum in mid-September, Pusula Portföy Chairman of the Board of Directors, Muhammet Yarız, was arrested on September 15.

In the deepened investigation, Tera Yatırım Holding Chairman Emre Tezmen, Tera Yatırım Holding Board Member Emre Alkin, Tera Yatırım Independent Board Member Kerem Alkin, Tera Portföy General Manager Alper Öztürk, Pusula Holding Chairman Serdar Turhan, Pusula Portföy Yönetimi AŞ Chairman Muhammed Yarız, Namık Kemal Gökalp, Altunç Kumova and İbrahim Bekçi were arrested.

Doğa Sigorta Board Chairman Nihat Kırmızı, Tera Yatırım Board Members Bülent Uygun and Abdulkadir Özkan, who were detained within the scope of the investigation, were arrested on Thursday, September 24.

In the ongoing process, it was decided to arrest Furkan Baki, Murat Keçeci, Ramazan Erbey, İlhan Aygül, Salih Can Bülbül, Selçuk Kahya, Uğur Akkafa, Samet Çetinel, Celal Yarız, İsmail Ege, Mehmet Yıldırım, Lütfi Çetinel, Berkan Gülen and Mehmet Erbey, and to impose judicial control measures on the three suspects.

FORMER VICE PRESIDENT OF THE CENTRAL BANK IS ALSO ARRESTED

On September 25, it was decided to arrest 19 suspects who were detained within the scope of the investigation and referred to the Istanbul Courthouse in Çağlayan, and to impose judicial control measures on two suspects. Among those arrested was Erkan Kilimci, former Deputy Chairman of the Central Bank.

Kilimci, who worked at the Central Bank between 2016 and 2018, until recently served as the Deputy Chairman and General Manager of Tera Finansal Yatırımlar Holding AŞ.

It was stated in the company's statement to KAP seven days ago that Kilimci left Tera.

According to the statement, Erkan Kilimci and Hedef Holding Board Member Namık Kemal Gökalp resigned from their positions. In the statement made by Tera Finansal Yatırımlar Holding AŞ on the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), it was stated that Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Manager Kilimci resigned from both positions at his own request.

A BILLION FLEET WAS SEIZED

Five luxury vehicles worth 200 million liras belonging to Pusula Portföy Chairman Muhammed Yarız and two private jets and luxury yachts worth 1.8 billion liras belonging to Pusula boss Serdar Turhan were confiscated.

It was determined that the confiscated private jets were Bombardier BD-700-1A11 with tail number TC-YRZ and Bombardier Learjet 60 type with tail number TC-TRA.

It was noted that the vehicles belonging to Yarız were McLaren, Bentley, Rolls-Royce, Maybach and Audi brands and their current market value was around 200 million liras.

According to the findings, it was revealed that these vehicles were transferred shortly before the operation with a sales price of 26 thousand 280 lira.
