Roma stadium in Pietralata: green light from the services conference

The decision-making services conference gave the green light to the construction of the structure in Pietralata. The positive opinion was announced by the government's extraordinary commissioner, engineer Massimo Sessa, who signed the provision. The mayor of Rome, Roberto Gualtieri, as sub-commissioner, countersigned the single authorization, which will be effective immediately

The services conference relating to the technical and economic feasibility project of the new Roma stadium in the Pietralata area ended with a positive opinion. The final session took place this morning in the small parliament of the Superior Council of Public Works of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport, as part of the process aimed at issuing the single authorization provision. The end of the works is scheduled for 2031. "The positive opinion of the services conference - explains the president of the Roma IV Municipality, Massimiliano Umberti - represents a fundamental step in the path towards the construction of the new Roma stadium in Pietralata. As Municipality IV we look at this project with great attention, because we are talking about an intervention destined to have a profound impact on the future of a strategic part of our territory".
