The first value T&T Homes aims for is understanding and inheriting local values. Before each project, businesses spend time researching history, culture, people, markets, needs, living conditions, people's income and the dynamics of local socio-economic development. This is the basis for each project to have its own characteristics instead of applying a uniform development model.
At the same time, T&T Homes prepares investment resources, focusing on progress, construction quality and legal completion before bringing products to the market. The business aims to provide properties with a clear legal basis, while creating living spaces capable of forming communities and maintaining value over time.
This approach is demonstrated in projects ranging from Lao Cai, Phu Tho, Hanoi, Hung Yen, Nghe An to Ho Chi Minh City, the Southeast and the Mekong Delta. In Hanoi, T&T Riverview Vinh Hung and T&T DC Complex Dinh Cong have handed over to customers when the project, infrastructure and legal documents are completed. In Nghe An, T&T Victoria also implemented in a similar direction, contributing to the formation of a new residential community.
In the south of Ho Chi Minh City, T&T City Millennia is developing on a large urban scale, with the first phase completed and welcoming residents. The project reserves space for commercial, entertainment and experiential activities through commercial streets, Little Hong Kong area, marina, sports complex and River of Light. These items contribute to creating more night-time economic activities and vitality for the urban area.
The second value that businesses focus on in urban construction is connecting international elites with the identity of the land. Instead of copying an architectural style, businesses choose appropriate international inspirations to combine with local characteristics. T&T Homes Elite Rivera in Vinh Long is an example of this approach.
The project is 11.53 hectares wide, located in Phuoc Hau ward, the new center of Vinh Long, on the land of a river junction. From the river landscape and Southern architecture, the project exploits inspiration from heritage buildings such as Cai Cuong and Binh Thuy ancient houses to form a contemporary architectural language.
On that foundation, T&T Homes brought inspiration from Florida's lagoon ecological cities and Mediterranean architecture into the project. Wide porches, loggias, balconies, columns, arches and solutions for wind, sunshade and natural ventilation create an appearance suitable for the tropical climate, while bearing the mark of international architecture.
Interference is also expressed through color. The riverside villa area uses elegant white tones, while the shophouse rows and commercial streets have vibrant colors inspired by shopping boulevards in Florida.
Another project at the project is Hilton Garden Inn, the first international commercial center hotel in Vinh Long. The project brings materials from Mang Thit ceramic tile village into the design through the dome system, three-compartment structure and the characteristic red color of fired bricks. Thereby, an international brand can still be associated with the story of the locality where the project is present.
The third value is bringing technology into urban life. T&T Homes identifies people, education and science - technology as the resources that create vitality for the city in the future. This direction was tested by the business at T&T City Millennia through cooperation with FPT to develop FPT School Millennia.
The multi-level school brings STEM, Coding, Robotics and AI into training, thereby creating an environment for students to access technology and connecting education with the region's knowledge-based economic development orientation.
At T&T Homes Elite Rivera, the business aims to connect the available intellectual resources of Vinh Long, with more than 25,000 students studying at universities and colleges in the area. Technology streets, open learning areas and activities connecting businesses - schools - communities are oriented to create more space for learning, experience and exchange for the local young generation.
Technology is also placed into specific problems of the Mekong Delta. Facing the challenges of storm surge, flooding and saltwater intrusion, T&T Homes and technology partners deploy AI applications in data analysis, forecasting the impact of climate change and researching solutions to improve long-term adaptability. This is an approach to contribute to building smart cities and sustainable development in the region.
