The incident took place on July 24 in Brzeźno (Kujawsko-Pomorskie). The recording shows a truck whose driver overtakes a passenger car, even though another car is approaching from the opposite direction. The situation becomes especially dangerous when the truck does not return to its lane.

This reprehensible behavior created a direct threat to other road users. The truck driver not only started flashing his high-beam headlights at the opposite vehicle, but also deliberately drove to its side, pushing it to the side of the road limited by a barrier. It is truly a miracle that there was no tragic accident - reports Comm. Remigiusz Rakowski from the Police Headquarters in Bydgoszcz.

The driver faces a fine of PLN 30,000. PLN and loss of driving license

The officers are explaining the circumstances of the incident and are looking for the truck driver. He faces the loss of his driving license and a fine of up to PLN 30,000. PLN and 10 penalty points. Due to the seriousness of the act, the case will most likely end in court.
