Fatal accident on the A7 near Kassel: Driver dies after colliding with truck

A driver died in an accident on the A7 near Kassel. The 52-year-old hit a truck between the Kassel East and Kassel North junctions late on Monday evening, the police said. The man died at the scene of the accident. The 62-year-old truck driver, however, remained uninjured, it was said. The background to the cause of the accident was still unclear.
