TOKİ Debt Payment Campaign for Housing and Office Sales Started

The application period, which started as of today, will last until October 19, 2026. Within the scope of the campaign, a 25 percent discount will be applied to those who want to pay off all of their debt, and a 25 percent discount will be applied to those who want to pay off part of it, provided that they pay at least 25 percent of the debt balance. The campaign covers the sale of 228 thousand residences and workplaces worth 340 billion TL. According to the data shared by Murat Kurum, Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, housing and workplace beneficiaries whose sales were made by TOKİ until the end of June 2025 and whose repayment installments started as of the end of June 2025 will be able to benefit from the campaign. Beneficiaries whose remaining installments are 12 months or less will not be able to benefit from the campaign. Rights holders will be able to make cash payments by applying to the bank that carries out the sales transactions.
