Government of Rio requested federal support to expropriate land from the Manguinhos refinery, operated by Refit, which was declared bankrupt after an investigation into fraud in the sale of fuels.

Federal deputy Alencar Santana (PT-SP) asked the STF to investigate the statements made by former banker Daniel Vorcaro, who claimed to have donated R$3 million to Tarcísio de Freitas' campaign and R$2 million to Jair Bolsonaro's in 2022 as a bribe to maintain Credcesta contracts with the Government of São Paulo. Vorcaro said the donations were made in the name of his brother-in-law, Fabiano Zettel. Tarcísio denied any relationship with Vorcaro, while the Government of São Paulo and Gilberto Kassab repudiated the accusations as false.

Former banker Daniel Vorcaro, imprisoned, seeks the nullity of the investigation into the Master case by claiming to have suffered psychological torture in prison, in a statement to the office of Minister André Mendonça of the STF, a strategy that could benefit Flávio Bolsonaro by putting the investigation into the film 'Dark Horse' at risk.

The Superior Council of the Federal Public Ministry opened proceedings to investigate mentions of the Attorney General of the Republic, Paulo Gonet, in messages from former banker Daniel Vorcaro, following a request from the Novo party. Gonet seeks to use the case to refute allegations of suspicion and avoid a formal investigation, while allies advocate that he speak out at a Council session. The institutional crisis worsened with the request for an investigation against minister André Mendonça by minister Alexandre de Moraes.

By breaking the silence about Alexandre de Moraes' relations with the Vorcárico System, minister André Mendonça exposes a network of illegal privileges between the Judiciary, Executive and Legislative branches, threatening the agreement that protects the impunity of magistrates and the diversion of public resources by parliamentarians, with the risk of collapsing the pact between the Powers.

The CNJ decided that notaries cannot demand advance payment of the ITCMD to complete extrajudicial inventories, but states such as São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro and Minas Gerais maintain their local laws that condition the public deed to the payment of the tax, generating a possible normative conflict to be resolved by the internal affairs bodies and by the CNJ itself.
