En se rendant sur place, cet habitant a constaté qu’un « groupe d’individus prenait la fuite », avant d’apercevoir à travers le portail son voisin de 60 ans allongé inanimé sur le sol de la propriété, à l’extérieur du domicile.
A leur arrivée, les secours ont constaté le décès de la victime, qui « présentait des blessures au niveau du visage et sur l’arrière du crâne, laissant supposer l’intervention d’un tiers », a précisé Isabelle Verissimo. Une autopsie a été ordonnée.
