ÜNİPERSEN made an official application to the Council of Higher Education (YÖK) in order to eliminate the grievances experienced by administrative staff working in higher education institutions during the mutual transfer process.

In the statement made by the union, it was stated that some personnel faced uncertainty again due to one of the matching parties giving up on appointment, universities not giving consent, or the transactions not being completed for different reasons.

ÜNİPERSEN stated that personnel whose appointments were not made through no fault of their own should not be excluded from the process, especially due to the abandonment of the other party, and requested that those whose appointments were not finalized be included in the re-matching based on their current applications and preferences.

"NEW MATCHING" REQUEST

The union also demanded that a new matching be made immediately, covering the personnel whose appointments were not finalized and the applicants who could not be matched in the first stage.

In the application, it was requested that the personnel serving in the chief position be included in the scope of mutual transfer appointment, while it was stated that the matching problems experienced by the personnel in the Technical Services Class due to differences in title, staff and field of education should be evaluated separately.
