Vivo X500 technical features, which the technology world has been eagerly awaiting, have begun to become clear with the first leaked images. The innovations offered by the new model on the hardware side attract the attention of users.

The device will work with the Dimensity 9600M chipset developed by MediaTek, which has not been officially introduced yet. This processor aims for high performance with its eight-core structure and 4.21 GHz clock speed.

Powerful Hardware and Battery Capacity

Vivo X500 promises a wide usage area by offering 12 GB RAM and 512 GB storage in its basic configuration. Thanks to compression technologies, Vivo allows you to increase the virtual memory up to 24 GB and the storage space up to 50 GB.

One of the most striking hardware details of the device is its 7,500 mAh capacity battery. This high-capacity battery is designed to meet the long-term usage needs of the phone.

It is considered that the Dimensity 9600M chipset may be connected to the Dimensity 9500 platform, which is expected to be released in 2026. However, official information about the technical architecture and production process of the processor has not been shared yet.

On the camera side, Vivo X500 is equipped with a 1/1.28 inch Sony LYTIA-828 main sensor. This sensor is the largest main camera sensor used by Vivo among the standard X series models.

The main camera system promises high performance in optical and mechanical image stabilization with a CIPA 5.5 degree stabilization value. In addition, the Sony LYTIA-610 sensor is preferred in the telephoto camera, aiming to preserve image quality.

Image processing processes are managed by the device's own Blueprint V3+ image processing chip. This infrastructure ensures software support of hardware components and better quality results.

On the video side, the device offers 4K video recording support at 120 frames per second for slow motion content. Vivo also plans to increase the reach capacity of the telephoto camera by preparing a special teleconverter accessory for the standard X500 model.
