İkinci çeyrekte 144 bin 150 daire için iskan verildi ve son 4 çeyreğin en düşük rakamı kayıtlara geçti.

6 ayda iskan verilen daire sayısı ise 307 bin 440 oldu. Bu da her ne kadar yeni üretim için ruhsat alınsa da piyasaya sunulan arzın yetersiz olduğunu gösterdi. Sektör temsilcileri ülke genelinde yıllık 800 bin ila 1 milyon yeni konuta ihtiyaç olduğunu belirtiyor
