Two people were detained in an investigation into the Polish National Foundation

The Rzeszów prosecutor's office is conducting an investigation into suspected abuse of powers and failure to fulfill duties by members of the management board of the Polish National Foundation in 2017. The proceedings focus on the mechanism of financing the "Fair Courts" campaign, which, according to the prosecutor's office, could have caused material damage to the foundation established by 17 State Treasury companies of at least PLN 8.4 million.

In July, Maciej Ś, a former member of the PFN management board, was charged in this case. and its former president Cezary J.
