In Ufa, the court recovered more than 11 million rubles from former employees of the military registration and enlistment office and the director of the company in favor of the Russian Ministry of Defense. Lenta.ru was informed about this by the joint press service of the courts of Bashkortostan.

As established in the criminal case, the former military commissar, a former employee of the military commissariat and the director of a commercial company drew up fictitious documents for non-existent technical workers, for whom the director of the shell company issued invoices and cashed out budget funds allocated by the department for wages. Thus, they deprived the ministry of more than 11.8 million rubles.

The defendants were sentenced to imprisonment for a term of three to five years. The amount of damage was jointly recovered from them.
