A foreigner will be convicted in the Novosibirsk region for the murder of his three-year-old stepdaughter

In the Novosibirsk region, a foreigner who beat the daughter of his cohabitant will be convicted. Lenta.ru was informed about this by the press service of the regional prosecutor's office.

He is accused under Articles 117 (“Torture”), 111 (“Intentional infliction of grievous bodily harm dangerous to human life”) and 105 (“Murder”) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.

According to the investigation, in the period from March 25 to April 27 of this year, a foreign citizen regularly tortured his partner and her young daughter. Also, out of personal hostility, using their helpless state and his physical superiority over them, he locked the child in a closet built into the wall.

In the period from April 1 to April 14 this year, the accused struck the minor in the head and body, causing her serious harm to her health. After receiving bodily injuries to the minor, he did not go to a medical institution for qualified help.

On the evening of April 27, a man struck a three-year-old girl multiple times, causing her to lose consciousness. The victim was taken to a medical facility, but doctors were unable to save her.

The criminal case has been sent to court for consideration on the merits.
