According to the Incheon Flight Management Center of the Korea Maritime Transportation Safety Authority, all 20 passenger ships on 15 routes between Incheon Island and the inland will operate normally, starting with the Korea Princess passenger ship on the Baengnyeong Island-Incheon route at 7 a.m. on this day.

As of 6:20 a.m. on this day, winds blowing at 2 to 6 meters per second and waves as high as 0.5 meters are occurring in the sea off Incheon, causing no disruption to passenger ship operations.

The Incheon Regional Office of Oceans and Fisheries predicted that about 12,000 people would travel between Incheon Island and the inland by ferry each day.

Incheon Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Agency increased the number of coastal ferry operations during the Chuseok holiday from the usual 300 to 378, and is conducting frequent on-site inspections with related organizations.
