Mr. A and others are accused of dragging Mr. B, who lives here, in a vehicle at an apartment in Cheongju at around 2:10 pm on the 20th of last month, forcibly dragging him, and detaining him for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

It was found that they attempted to manage illegal funds using an account transferred from their friend, Mr. B, but committed the crime out of anger when Mr. B got scared and stopped payment from the account.

Two of Mr. A's gang were identified as members of a Cheongju-area violent organization subject to police management.

The police believe that the funds in question are funds from an illegal online gambling site, and will continue the investigation to determine the exact source.

The police also plan to forward the two accomplices who were booked without detention to the prosecution after further investigation.
