第15次全国调查通过对城乡、区域、性别的监测评估发现,各地区、各人群科学素质发展不均衡明显改善,科学素质发展质量持续向好。

其中,城镇居民和农村居民具备科学素质的比例分别达到19.36%和12.02%,城乡差距连续两年缩小。

东、中、西部地区公民具备科学素质的比例分别为18.88%、15.76%和14.28%,区域差距连续3年缩小。

分性别来看,男性和女性具备科学素质的比例分别为18.03%、15.44%,性别差距连续4年缩小。

进一步通过分级评价发现,中国公民科学素质层级结构进一步优化。

中国18岁-69岁公民中,基本具备科学素质的比例已达49.02%,接近半数;具备科学素质的比例达16.74%;具备高阶科学素质的比例升至2.50%。

其中,最值得关注的是曾经的短板——农民、老年人群体,具备科学素质的比例分别达到10.42%、6.45%,年度净增2.33、1.71个百分点。

调查数据还显示,中国公民对科技创新的支持度显著增强。2025年,公民赞成“公众对科技创新的理解和支持是建设科技强国基础”的比例提升至85.4%,较2020年提高近3个百分点。

人工智能是当下最受关注的领域之一。调查数据显示,中国公民对人工智能的接受度进一步提升,态度更加积极:73.2%的公民赞成在生活中更多采用人工智能技术,82.3%的公民对中国人工智能发展持有信心。

同时,对AI发展持“期盼与担忧并存”审慎态度的公民占比为44.9%,持“担忧超过期盼”态度的占比为8.8%,同比2024年均有回落。

专家认为,这种既拥抱新技术又保持理性审慎的科学态度本身,就是科学素质提升的直接体现,也将为中国AI健康发展提供稳定的社会预期。
