This forum focuses on the core value concept of "People's Cities Create Better Together", sets the annual theme as "Digital Intelligence Era and People's Cities", and designs 6 parallel forums. It is expected that more than 3,200 guests will attend the conference, including more than 240 international guests from more than 70 countries.

Among them, "Research Results on the Theory of Immediate Action Reform" brings together 14 Chinese academic papers. These papers focus on themes such as "Beijing's practice of practicing people-centered development thought and people's city concept", "Technical empowerment, institutional flexibility and value consensus" and "The 'two answers' that jump out of the historical cycle: people's supervision of the government and the party's self-revolution". They systematically summarize and explain the experience of immediate action reform, with a view to promoting the party's theoretical innovation in urban governance based on Beijing's practice. At the same time, the practice of immediate action reform has also attracted widespread attention in the English-speaking world. Well-known overseas scholars have conducted in-depth discussions and comparative studies on the major achievements of Beijing's immediate action reform, digital city governance, community governance and other issues.
