37 procedures for sexual assault opened in Ceuta after the massive entry of immigrants

The judicial bodies of Ceuta opened a total of 37 procedures for sexual assault between July 30, when the massive entry of immigrants occurred, and September 14. The number of victims amounts to 39 and 14 of them are minors, and regarding the aggressors, 18 have not been identified.

This was reported this Tuesday by the General Council of the Judiciary (CGPJ), which in a report with data collected by the Court of Instance of Ceuta concluded that of the 37 preliminary proceedings for this type of crimes, 28 were still being processed on September 14, eight had been provisionally archived and one more was added to other previous preliminary proceedings.

The total number of victims in the 37 procedures amounts to 39, one of them an adult male. Of the 38 female victims, 14 were minors. The number of victims in the 28 procedures that are still being processed amounts to 30, all women and, of them, eleven are minors. As for the 37 alleged attackers, all men, 18 have not been identified. The 19 that have been are all of legal age.
