Cintia Rocho denounces pressure to harass the judge in the David Sánchez case

"I wouldn't have liked to be Beatriz (sic)." It is the testimony of Cintia Rocho, the head of the drug clan with the most influence in Badajoz, with whom she contacted the socialist sewer of Leire Díez with the intention of overturning the case that was pursued in the Court of Instruction No. 3 in this Extremaduran city against the brother of the President of the Government, David Sánchez Pérez-Castejón, for his irregular hiring in the Badajoz Provincial Council. In an interview on Telecinco, Cintia confirms that two people, "one who said he was a magistrate and another a lawyer", contacted her and sent her the address of the magistrate's home, as well as abundant graphic material, both of Biedma herself, her daughters, other colleagues in the court, images of the magistrate in court, among others.

The young woman, who saw how in seven months another clan murdered both her husband and her father in Badajoz, was not willing to specify the names of the people who offered her information and assures that she will do so "before the Civil Guard." Leire Díez, the 'plumber' set up a WhatsApp group - according to the UCO investigation - called 'Vacations and Trips' in which the former judge expelled from his professional career for a conviction for gender violence against his ex-wife (a judge from Badajoz), Luis José Sáenz de Tejada, was also included; the businessman Javier Pérez Dolset, the former president of Badajoz, Joaquín Parra and Leire Díez herself, who in her agenda seized by the police investigation included the following inscription: "Judge of Badajoz. La Celsa. Heroine or gypsy." It was March 25, 2025, days after the challenge to the judge promoted by Sáenz de Tejada was rejected. As Crónica published this Sunday, and Cintia Rocho herself confirmed in this interview, Celsa's nickname refers to herself "and when I saw this publication I knew she was addressing me."

'Gitano' is also known as an important drug offender in Badajoz. Thus, the leader of the clan claims that she was offered to participate in this persecution against the judge along with another drug trafficking group (she has called it "family") from Badajoz. "I had a very complicated situation, they had just murdered my husband...", she assured and interpreted that "they wanted to use us", although it is clear that "I did not collaborate with anyone", that is, she refused to go against the judge. "The entire press was watching me," he indicated. They sent them "many photos and a lot of information" about the judge, as she confirmed, taking into account the judicial problems that she and her family had: "They were asking me to do something and if they give you her address...". In this way, Cintia Rocho has stated that "I would not have liked to be Beatriz (sic)" to confirm that "I knew they were going for her" and they wanted us to "do something."
