Ibrahim Traore announced Ukraine's involvement in actions against Burkina Faso

"Except for Ukraine, whose ambassador came out and clearly stated that they are involved. The enemies are not always those whom we consider as such. There are some countries that we consider friends, but which act against us. Therefore, you need to know your enemies. I already have a map of my enemies. We need to prepare," Traore said, as quoted by the AES Insider information resource.

Earlier, Tatyana Dovgalenko, director of the Department of Partnership with Africa at the Russian Foreign Ministry, stated that Ukraine actively supports terrorist groups in Africa and has become a logistics base for the supply of weapons to militants. The diplomat noted that weapons coming from Ukraine are found in terrorist groups in Burkina Faso, Mali, Niger, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Somalia, Sudan, and Chad.
