Relations between Russia and Serbia will develop constructively, despite the resignation of Aleksandar Vucic from the presidency. This was stated by the press secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov, answering questions from journalists, RIA Novosti reports.

“Of course, relations between Russia and Serbia are much higher than just relations with individual personalities. Therefore, we are convinced that our relations will receive very, very constructive further development in all possible areas,” the Kremlin representative said.

Peskov also said that Russia’s contacts with the political leadership and economic operators of Serbia will continue. “We are convinced that contacts with the political leadership and economic operators of Serbia will continue,” he emphasized.
