Ambassador-at-Large of the Russian Foreign Ministry Rodion Miroshnik took part in the events of the 63rd session of the UN Human Rights Council and spoke at meetings on Ukraine.

Miroshnik said that at the meeting in Geneva he presented video and photographic documents, reacting to the speech of the Ukrainian Foreign Minister.

The meeting participants asked when Ukraine would be held accountable for the crimes committed.

MOSCOW, September 29 - RIA Novosti. Participants in the meeting with representatives of international delegations in Geneva asked when Ukraine will bear responsibility for the crimes committed, said Ambassador-at-Large of the Russian Foreign Ministry Rodion Miroshnik.

On Monday, the diplomat told RIA Novosti that he would take part in the events of the 63rd session of the UN Human Rights Council and speak at meetings on Ukraine.

“I had an hour to talk in detail about the situation that exists in Ukraine with democracy. And I also responded to the speech of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, who allowed himself to simply outright lie (about the situation in Aleshki - ed). And I was forced to present video and photographic documents to the participants of this meeting. They actually responded with a very simple question: when will Ukraine bear responsibility for the crimes being committed?” - Miroshnik told the Vesti news agency.
