Touch! Millions of cars collide with separator island, flip over at 90 degrees and stun cyclists

A self-collision accident was reported in Changhua City early today (8th). A man surnamed Lai was driving a million-passenger car on Section 2 of Changxing Road. He accidentally hit the central divider island, causing the entire car to stand at a 90-degree angle. Fortunately, the driver was not pinned under the car. He was conscious and refused to seek medical treatment. However, it also shocked the people who happened to be passing by on bicycles and turned around to take a few more glances.

The Changhua County No. 1 Fire Brigade stated that the accident occurred at about 8 a.m. this morning near No. 448, Section 2, Changxing Road, Changhua City. A man surnamed Lai (65 years old) accidentally hit the separation island while driving by. The entire car overturned at 90 degrees. Because he had no obvious trauma, Lai refused to be sent to the hospital.

Fortunately, there was not much traffic when the accident occurred. The overturned car occupied 1.5 lanes. However, due to the force of the collision, the entire car turned 90 degrees.
