On the border of the Samara and Ulyanovsk regions, an incident occurred with passenger train No. 66 Moscow - Tolyatti.

The electric locomotive and the first carriage of the train were damaged, the driver was initially injured, but the train did not derail and no passengers were injured.

Earlier, the governor of the Samara region, Vyacheslav Fedorishchev, reported an incident on the railway in the Ulyanovsk region, on the border with Samara. According to the Kuibyshev Railway, the electric locomotive and the first carriage of passenger train No. 66 Moscow - Togliatti were damaged due to external intervention, the driver was initially injured.
