Teenager is arrested on suspicion of involvement in the homicide of a young girl in Araripina

According to the 9th Independent Military Police Company (CIPM), the teenager was located in a house in Vila Serrania. Upon noticing the presence of the police, he tried to flee, but was restrained. At the property, the team seized 131 grams of crack, 181 grams of marijuana, nine portions of the same drug and a precision scale.

The teenager confessed to the crime and said the gun was hidden in another house. The police searched the indicated location and found a 38-caliber revolver on the roof, as well as ten used ammunition and two intact ones. Two cell phones were also seized.

During the action, a man suspected of participating in the murder was also detained. The two and the seized material were taken to the Civil Police Station to carry out legal procedures.

Ana Lucy Silva Sousa known as 'Aninha' was 17 years old. She was shot to death on Monday night (28), in the Vila Serrania neighborhood in Araripina. According to the city's 200th Police Station, she was hit by gunshots inside one of the rooms of a friend's residence.
