AK Party Deputy Chairman and Party Spokesperson Ömer Çelik reacted harshly to New Party Chairman Özgür Özel's words against President Erdoğan and the AK Party.

Ömer Çelik used the following statements:
"Mr. Özgür Özel's ignorance about the 'alphabet of political responsibility' is very clear. Özel and his friends are only displaying their own political exhaustion with their statements that do not contain any principles or responsibilities. They seem to have turned political unprincipledness into the party program. Their words towards our President and Chairman consist entirely of political ignorance and political slander. No one should have any doubt that we will fight against these in the clearest way. The principle of our President and our Party is clear from the beginning: who has the authority If he abuses, violates the law and violates the rights of the nation, he will be held accountable, regardless of his position, position and identity.
However, Mr. The Özgür Özel administration's understanding of politics consists of blindly shielding scandals in the public squares and defending irregularities despite documents and confessions. This mentality, which takes unprincipledness as a guide, has no moral lessons to teach our nation. We act with an understanding of political responsibility and state seriousness that ensures the full functioning of all legal and financial processes. On your side, there is a political irresponsibility and distortion that attacks state institutions and administrators in order to cover up the contamination within themselves. You cannot get out of this distortion you have fallen into by attacking our President and the AK Party. REACTION FROM AK PARTY DEPUTY CHAIRMAN ACAR TO ÖZGÜR ÖZEL
AK Party Deputy Chairman, Promotion and Media Chairman Faruk Acar, regarding the statements of New Party Chairman Özgür Özel, said, "We hold the wrongdoer accountable. If the wrongdoer is on your side, you stand behind him." he said.
Acar reacted to Özel in the statement he made on his NSosyal account. Stating that "Özgür Özel is very excited again", Acar said: "However, our President is always on the same line and in the same direction, both yesterday and today. Whoever has violated the rights of the nation, whoever has gone beyond the law, whatever is necessary will be done, regardless of his office, title or party. We do not defend those who do wrong. We observe the presumption of innocence, leave the decision to the judiciary, and do not shy away from taking political responsibility when necessary. This is our understanding of politics. Do not confuse this understanding with yours, Ozgur Ozel.
You cannot go from square to square, openly embrace charlatans, demonstrate for them, even during the most severely condemned immoral acts in your own political neighborhood, and then stand up today and lecture us on law, morality and political responsibility. And in your own way, you think that you are pointing your finger and asking for an account. There is no need for such excitement. The law works. The state is doing its job.
