BEIJING, September 26 - RIA Novosti. The leaders of China and the United States have agreed that Iran must fulfill its commitment not to develop nuclear weapons, China Central Television reported on Saturday following the state visit of Chinese President Xi Jinping to the United States.

“The leaders of the two states (China and the United States - ed.) agreed that Iran must fulfill its commitment not to develop nuclear weapons,” the statement published by the TV channel said.

Xi Jinping, at the invitation of US President Donald Trump, paid a state visit to the United States on September 23-25.
