Zhubei mayoral candidates Qiu Chenyuan and Zeng Shengkai performed on the same stage, causing laughter due to their out-of-pitched voices.

The "City within a City, a Song within a Song ~ The Legendary Three Kings Zhubei Concert" was held last night in Zhubei City, Hsinchu County. Before the concert, under the "design" of Mayor Zheng Chaofang, Qiu Chenyuan, the Zhubei mayoral candidate of the Taiwan People's Party, was in the audience. Zeng Shengkai, the Democratic Progressive Party's candidate for mayor of Zhubei Province, started to sing together, but one of the notes was out of tune and the other was broken. Zheng Chaofang asked two people to decide the order of singing by guessing. Qiu Chenyuan defeated "Scissorhands Zeng Shengkai" and took the lead in singing Zhao Chuan's "I Finally Lost You". However, he remained calm and sang smoothly to the end amid the applause and screams of the audience.

When Lun Zeng Shengkai arrived, Zheng Chaofang specially warned, "People come prepared." Zeng Shengkai also sang Zhao Chuan's "I Am a Little Bird" without any fear. But as soon as he said, "I'm a little bird, I want to fly~ but I can't fly high." His voice broke instantly, and the whole audience burst into laughter. Even he couldn't help laughing. However, Zeng Shengkai immediately said wittily, "It seems that this burning and breaking sound wants me to fly a little higher" to show his humor.

Zheng Chaofang affirmed that both of them were outstanding talents, and specially invited them because Zhubei was the one he was most reluctant to part with, so he sincerely hoped that both of them would become kind and trustworthy people, and treat Zhubei well no matter who was elected.
