Orleans candidate presents proposals for youth during visit to the city

During the visit to the municipality, Orleans participated in a meeting with supporters and voters and in a motorcade through the city's streets.

The candidate presented proposals aimed at youth, such as the expansion of the Youth Work program, investments in professional qualifications and the expansion of full-time schools.

Orleans stated that he intends to increase the number of places in the Youth Work program and invest in the professional training of students. “And I have been talking about doubling this program. So, I will focus heavily on youth work. I will also provide professional qualifications through full-time schools,” he declared.

The candidate also said that he intends to invest in grassroots sports and create a complement to the federal government's Pé-de-Meia program for students from Maranhão.

The 2026 elections will be held on October 4, in the first round. If necessary, the second round will take place on October 25th for the positions of president of the Republic and governor.

The electoral campaign continues until October 3, the day before the first round. In the case of a second round, advertising will resume and may take place until October 24th.
