Cheorwon-gun conducts joint hygiene inspection of food booths ahead of Taebong Festival

Cheorwon-gun will conduct a joint sanitary inspection of food booths at the festival ahead of the 44th Taebong Festival, which will be held starting on the 30th.

Consumer hygiene inspectors and hygiene department officials visit the sites together to carefully inspect the safety and hygiene levels of the food to be provided during the festival.

The main inspection contents include ▲hygienic conditions of kitchens and facilities, ▲storage and management of food ingredients, ▲personal hygiene of workers, ▲compliance with health examinations and hygiene education, and ▲compliance with food poisoning prevention rules.

The hygiene department will carry out guidance and promotional activities to prevent food poisoning during the festival, and will inspect the site frequently and respond immediately in case of complaints.

In addition, we plan to crack down on businesses operating without reporting around the festival site to prevent illegal operations in advance.
