"Для скорейшего разрешения обозначенных проблем представляется необходимым в первую очередь внести минимальные и вместе с тем определяющие изменения в федеральный закон "О безопасности дорожных движений" в части распространения статуса водителей транспортных средств на лиц, использующих СИМ для индивидуального передвижения, а также отнесение СИМов к транспортным средствам, для управления которыми требуется получение специального права", - сказал Асташкин на совещании "О подходах к правовому регулированию использования СИМ в городских агломерациях".
