Anomalous theft in Arcene: thieves dismantle and steal the roof of a nursery school

A sequence of photos of the anomalous theft published on Facebook. There are no words for what happened in the Giovanni XXIII nursery school in Arcene, a small town in the province of Bergamo. The thieves completely dismantled and took away a roof of the school and then fled, losing their traces. An episode that left not only the school staff dismayed, but the entire community of Arcene.

Dismayed by the theft and its method: the police are investigating

The roof was seriously compromised, while the garden, a space used daily by the children, was also damaged. The school itself reported what happened, with a post published on its social page. The school reports a serious act of vandalism which caused extensive damage. The police investigations are still ongoing: they are trying to understand how a large part of the building's roof was taken away. It is not even clear whether the thieves went into action on the night between Saturday and Sunday.
