A dona da floricultura estava no local e afirmou que não tinha conhecimento sobre as drogas. Ao tentar mostrar para os policiais as gravações das câmeras de segurança do estabelecimento, ela percebeu que as imagens das áreas internas haviam sido apagadas.
Ao averiguar as imagens das câmeras externas, os policiais constataram que um homem havia saído da floricultura na madrugada do mesmo dia, às 4h.
Segundo a dona do empreendimento, o homem era o seu ex-namorado e uma semana antes, em 11 de setembro, ela havia registrado um boletim de ocorrência contra ele.
Ao fazer uma varredura no local, os policiais constataram que portão de acesso ao imóvel e a porta da cozinha apresentavam danos.
O caso foi levado para a Polícia Civil e, após o processo de investigação, a Justiça determinou a prisão preventiva do homem.
