Access block reminder from lawyer Tolga Şirin

While discussions on access ban decisions continue, a remarkable reminder came from lawyer Tolga Şirin.

"The Constitutional Court decided on 30 violations"

Pointing out which access ban decision the Constitutional Court (AYM) ruled as a 'violation', Şirin noted the following in his post on his social media account:

"So far, the Constitutional Court has ruled 30 violations regarding internet access blocking for different reasons. Once again, no one takes the decisions of the Constitutional Court into consideration. The issue of 'non-execution of the decisions of the Constitutional Court' should also be looked at from here."
