Israeli Finance Minister Smotrich defended the annexation of West Bank, Gaza and Lebanon territories

Speaking to Yedioth Ahronot newspaper, Minister Smotrich made evaluations about the West Bank, the occupied Gaza Strip and the south of Lebanon, where the violence of the Israelis who usurped Palestinian lands is increasing day by day.

Minister Smotrich, who frequently expressed his call for the annexation of 80 percent of the West Bank in public, said that he believed that they should start a new war and inflict similar destruction on the West Bank as they did in Gaza and "eliminate" the Palestinian Authority.

"I would love to see the annexation of the Yellow Line in Gaza and the area up to the Litani River in Lebanon," Smotrich said. he said.

Arguing that the annexation of these regions is not only for illegal settlements in the "promised lands", Smotrich said, "If a war ends at the border where it started, what can prevent the enemy from entering the war again? He has to pay a price." made his assessment.

While the Israeli army occupies approximately 70 percent of the Gaza Strip, the majority of the Palestinian population struggles to survive in limited areas outside the occupation.
