A bus driver in Poznań pushed a passenger out of the vehicle and used profanity

The incident occurred on September 16 on bus line 322 in Poznań. The case was described by the local website epoznan.pl. According to one of the passengers, the driver noticed a man who was sitting on a bicycle while driving. He then approached the passenger, vulgarly ordered him to leave the bus and "pushed him out of the vehicle."

However, the situation did not end there. The driver - according to the woman - also directed vulgarities at other people.

The passengers, fearing for their safety, decided to get off at the nearest stop near Galeria Pestka. The passenger contacted the emergency number and during the conversation she informed the officer on duty about the driver's behavior and his strong agitation. Ultimately, she was informed about the possibility of filing a report at the police station. So she did.

MPK comments: Such behavior is not allowed

The case was commented on by MPK Poznań. The company's spokeswoman, Agnieszka Smogulecka, emphasized that the driver is subject to certain standards of behavior when contacting passengers and other road users.

"In contacts with passengers and other road users, an MPK Poznań driver is obliged to behave politely, politely and with dignity," the spokeswoman said.

As she noted, the driver can enforce his rights against passengers, but he should do it "in a firm but calm manner and in accordance with professional ethics."

MPK informed that it had analyzed, among others: CCTV footage from the bus and states clearly that "such behavior by the bus driver is not allowed."
