올해에는 유럽연합(EU)의 연구·혁신 프로그램인 '호라이즌 유럽' 수행 기관으로 선정돼 10개국 19개 기관과 공동연구를 진행하는 등 국제 연구도 확대하고 있다.

세스코 이물분석센터 관계자는 "국제표준에 기반한 공인시험 역량을 강화하고, 국가 및 국제 공동연구를 통해 미세·나노플라스틱 분석기술을 고도화하겠다"고 말했다.
