MC Poze is summoned to testify this Tuesday regarding allegations of teenage rape

Singer Marlon Brendon Coelho, known as MC Poze, was summoned by the Child and Adolescent Victim Police Station (Dcav) to give a statement at 3pm this Tuesday (3), as part of the investigation into a rape complaint made by a 16-year-old teenager.

The young woman claims that she was raped during a party at the singer's house, in Recreio dos Bandeirantes, in the Southwest Zone of Rio, at the end of September. According to the report, drugs were consumed at the scene.

In a video posted on social media, Poze denied the accusations. When contacted, Poze's defense had not informed until the publication of this report whether the artist would appear at the deposition.

The 16-year-old teenager alleges that she was raped by Mc Poze at the end of September, at the singer's home. The case was registered with Dcav on October 28th.

The young woman stated that she was under the influence of drugs such as "Black Spear", a type of perfume spear, and that the substances had been offered by the artist.

She claims that she was not fully conscious when she was in the room with Poze, and claimed that she told him that she refused to have sex without a condom. However, according to her, Poze refused and continued without using a condom.

Daiana Andrade, the young woman's lawyer, claims that she was a victim of rape, threat and illegal constraint: "She expressly stated that she wanted to use a condom, he said he didn't use it, and continued. She was under the influence of drugs", says the lawyer.

Two days later, according to the record, she was coerced into going to Poze's house again and forced to take several medications, while he kept the teenager's cell phone.

According to the young woman, Poze said that if she refused to take her medication, he would ask one of his friends to make her "disappear."

"She took the medicine, coerced by the situation. And then, the people around him say that she is a liar, but we can prove it because we have a video with his voice telling her to go to his house, her telling him that she needed to take tests", said the lawyer.

The young woman was taken to undergo tests at the Medical-Legal Institute (IML), and her defense asked for protective measures against the singer.

In recent years, Poze has had problems with the police and justice in several episodes. In addition to being released in a case for torture and false imprisonment, the singer was already arrested for condoning crime in 2019 and was the target of an operation against illegal raffles in 2024. He was then arrested for association with drug trafficking in 2025 and arrested by the Federal Police on suspicion of money laundering from Comando Vermelho in April this year.
